A Project Manager is assigned and it will be their responsibility to liase with all involved parties. Most projects involve other organizations including sub-contractors, network providers and customer staff. It is the responsibility of our Project Managers to ensure the smooth running of the installation by over-seeing and coordinating the activities of all these groups.

If the problem lies with associated ancillary equipment or the network operator, we will ensure engineers & support staff with the right skill sets are brought in to fix the fault. In addition, we include FREE remote software moves & changes as part of any maintenance agreement.

NST Sales offers quality training solutions delivered by a team of professional trainers. Our team is available to train staff on all aspects of their communication systems.

Courses can be tailored to meet individual needs, from training small groups to running company-wide courses. Information gathering is carried out before a new installation, building a picture of the requirements. We draw up a timetable for designated people to attend a 'Train the Trainer' class, and documentation is provided for all users depending on their training needs.

Post-installation training is also available for new staff and training on software upgrades is always at hand, together with advice and technical support. This ensures users are kept up-to-date and in a position to benefit from their communication tools at all times.
